Bruun Rasmussen's 'Harbour' branch, which houses our online activities, has relocated and is now situated at Sundkrogsgade 30 in Copenhagen. In connection with this change of address we extend the period after an auction, where buyers can collect purchased items directly at the showrooms. New claiming policyJanuary 2nd, in connection with the change of address, Bruun Rasmussen introduces a new policy for collecting items purchased at our online auctions. This policy is introduced in order to meet customer requests for more time to collect the purchased items, which was previously subject to a time limit of one week. Collect your items monday, 2 weeks after the saleAs of January 2nd, items must be picked up no later than Monday two weeks subsequent to the time of the sale. For instance: An item purchased in Week 10 must be collected, at the latest, Monday in Week 12 within openinghours. If you are unable to pick up your bought items before then, please order transport or shipping of your items before the deadline. You can order transport or shipping through the link in your invoice-email, or directly at request transport on our homepage (you need to be logged in). After 2 weeks your items will be moved to a remote storeItems, that are not collected before deadline, and that we haven't received a transport or shipping order on, are moved to a remote store at the buyer's own account and risk.
