Konserveringsværkstedet

The workshop is now situated on the ground floor at Bredgade 25d, Skt. Annæ Passage, DK-1260 Copenhagen K.

Britt Christmas-Møller, cand.scient.cons., is the day-to-day head of the workshop together with painting restorer Katja Storkholm. They are both educated at The Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts’ School of Conservation in Copenhagen.

Konserveringsværkstedet has many years of experience and undertakes all kinds of assignments within the conservation of art and the restoration of paintings. It also offers consultative services, i.e. assessment of the condition of single works or entire collections.

Furthermore, the workshop works in close collaboration with Bruun Rasmussen Auctioneers of Fine Art. Konserveringsværkstedet conserves and restores works of art before previews and auctions by appointment with the individual buyer and the painting experts of the auction house.
